Olas y Copas is a family business.

Our restaurant La Boheme was inaugurated in 2015, although our story begins in 1999, when we had to emigrate from our country, Chile, to a small island off the coast of Venezuela. We learned too many things that led us to open our first restaurant, La Boheme, in 2015, and we grew slowly but surely. This led us to open three more restaurants: Mistral, Olas & Copas, and recently, Santa Anna.

For us, it's not all about the food. Our restaurant is about the experience we serve along with the food. From the music to the drinks to the conversations with our staff, we want the experience of dining with us to be as enriching as possible. 

As a family, we know the value of spending quality time with those you love, and we’re here to make that possible.
